Family Law Attorney The candidate will be expected to manage a case load which would include client contact, drafting pleadings for clients, and then attending court appearances to argue petitions, and ultimately if necessary, take the case to trial. Will engage in settlement negotiations, along with the preparation and review of discovery. Must have 3+ years of experience in the area of family law and be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
