Personal Injury Lawyer - Associate Attorney The candidate' should have 1-2 years of litigation experience (in a personal injury law firm is preferred) and be able to manage a reasonable caseload under the guidance of a supervising attorney. Tasks include but are not limited to: Draft and respond to discovery; Take and defend depositions; Draft motions and oppositions; Argue law and motion; Mediate and negotiate settlements; Assist with trials and trial preparation; Experience 2 years (Preferred); California Bar license (Required).
