Paralegal The candidate will be managing primary point of client contact during pre-litigation phase. Will be establishing Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claim on behalf of client. Submitting and obtaining no-fault PIP benefits for Client. Acting as a liaison between client and insurance carriers prior to the commencement of litigation. Obtaining information necessary to evaluate Bodily Injury claims. Creating and maintaining internal database. Collecting and reviewing medical records and billing. Preparing settlement demand packages. Reviewing files with supervising attorney. Should have 1-2 years of experience as a Paralegal (similar experience in a related industry will be considered). Auto injury experience and/or customer service experience is a plus.
