Healthcare Attorney The candidate should have regulatory healthcare experience. Must be conversant with major state and federal healthcare statutes and regulations and able to apply them analytically to a wide range of factual scenarios. Should have strong analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills. To be considered, must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be good standing, as well as an active member of the State Bar of Michigan.
