Legal Secretary/ Administrative Assistant The candidate will provide general administrative support including: copying, scanning, and filing; maintaining files; answering phones; preparing and editing documents; and assisting department paralegals and attorneys with assignments as needed. Should have 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required. Excellent communication, organizational and client service skills are a must.
