Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of litigation experience. Should have strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy, you want to be primarily responsible for depositions, motion practice, hearings, arbitrations and trials, and you are truly motivated to advance your career and develop your litigation experience by handling matters from inception to completion. Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Excellent writing skills, having written myriad motions and memoranda. Proficiency with technology, including file management software, Word, Excel, Outlook,Adobe, Westlaw and general internet-based research. Admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.
