Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities will include by are not limited to: supporting attorneys with discovery process, reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting motions and pleadings, and trial preparation. The most qualified candidates will have the ability to work independently, prioritize workload, communicate effectively, and multi-task in a fast pace environment. The selected individual will be considered a hybrid employee, spending required time in the office with some optional opportunities to work in a virtual environment at times. Work arrangements are subject to change over time based on business needs. Should have Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal degree/certificate. Must have 3-7 years of civil litigation experience preferred, particularly in insurance defense or personal injury practice areas. Should have experience with discovery process and must have experience reviewing/summarizing medical records. Should have experience drafting motions/pleadings. Trial preparation experience. Must have familiarity with court rules and procedures.
