Immigration Attorney (Business) The candidate work for an experienced Business Immigration Attorney. Minimum of 3 years recent immigration legal experience required and must include preparing, filing, and monitoring status of NIV and IV petitions for corporate and individual clients including PERM, B, E, H, L, O, P, TN, EB-1, EB-2/3, and NIW petitions. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Bilingual and Tracker experience a plus.
