Discovery Paralegal The candidate will assist litigation teams with drafting and reviewing Subpoenas, etc. Will prepare Deficiency letters regarding responses to discovery. Informal discovery. Perform extensive internal and on-line research. Strong computer and procedural skills is desired. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills is desired. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to establish and foster working relationships with attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants. 3 years of experience is preferred. Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
