Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be managing all discovery for complex litigation cases, including drafting discovery and discovery motions and deposition preparation. Will maintain litigation and trademark docket calendar entries. Should have experience assisting with the management of 25-35 active, complex litigations. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience. Big firm experience is a plus. Copyright and Trademark experience a plus. Spanish fluency is a plus.
