Supervising Attorney The candidate will meet on a regular basis with office staff and attorneys to review, assess and enhance the level of client acquisition and service. Will coach and train staff to ensure full awareness of company's services. Monitor and supervise all transactions and procedures, ensuring they adhere to business standards and policies. Ensure that services carried out by all customers are up to the level of customer satisfaction and immigration practice professional standard.Recommend process of improvements so that the operations run smoothly and efficiently.Develop and update business plans for the office in line with company's objectives and continuous follow up of its implementation to ensure achieving goals.Develop and implement effective strategies, both in the operation of the firm as well as the services the firm offers retainer service. A relevant business degree - having law accreditation is a plus. Good knowledge of business operations, US Legal industry regulations/compliance and strong business acumen is needed. Should have 3+ years of experience leading a customer service/sales team, handling customer disputes/grievances and administrative routine/ people management experience with strong administrative skills. Excellent communication: clear oral and written skills; effective questioning and active and generous listening (As part of the "generous" listening requirement, the ideas behind the effectiveness of eye contact, with team members as well as clients, during relevant times is observed at Leyruta Offices) is needed. Must currently be based in VA and in a good standing with the licensing Bar.
