Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will work in the Commercial/Multi-Family Landlord-Tenant and Civil Litigation practices. Should preferably have 1-2 years of civil litigation experience and a demonstrated ability to work independently. Should preferably also have superior writing skills and prior experience drafting pleadings and briefs. Prior experience handling depositions, arbitrations, court conferences and trial calls is also preferred. New Jersey Bar admission required. New York Bar admission and completed judicial clerkship preferred.
