Pre Litigation Treatment Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for pre-litigation case load. Will be adding information to the case management software, calling insurance companies, speaking to insurance adjusters and providers to provide the case status, getting clients set up with treatment, following up with clients on a regular basis, generate settlement demands. Must bi-lingual (Spanish/English). Should preferably have 2 years of experience.
