Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation The candidate must have 3+ years of civil litigation experience in both State and Federal courts. Must have strong research and writing skills with solid experience in drafting motions and briefs, and all aspects of discovery and civil procedure. Experience with business litigation, employment litigation, probate litigation, and/or real estate litigation is a plus. Should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work both independently as well as part of a team. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. Georgia Bar is required.
