Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing motions and pleadings, effectively communicating with clients and court officers, managing files throughout the litigation process, and preparing cases for trial. Should preferably have High school or equivalent. Experience and knowledge of the state and the federal civil litigation process is a plus. Must have 3+ years of paralegal experience. Should demonstrate excellent independent decision-making abilities and the ability to multi-task effectively, and possess an aptitude and willingness to learn and work in different computer systems. Must be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with clients, court staff, and co-workers; be extremely organized, be good with deadlines, be able to prioritize and work at a fast pace on a high volume of files, with great attention to detail.
