Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will be supporting attorneys with end-to-end carriage of medical malpractice claims, duties will include: Responding to new client enquiries; Requesting medical records and liens; Briefing medical experts; Electronic filing of pleadings and other court documents; Drafting discovery demands and responses; Drafting motions; Compliance with court-orders; Trial preparation; Drafting settlement documents; Drafting infant compromise orders and death compromise orders. Experience with litigation and with the SmartAdvocate file management system is a plus. Should have 5+ years of medical malpractice paralegal experience.
