Real Estate Paralegal/Closer The candidate will be responsible for preparing title insurance searches, commitments and policies; preparing drafts of legal documents as well as other documents; organizing and coordinating closings; post-closings; trust account settlement; and file management. Prior experience in commercial for 1 year and residential real estate transactions for 1 year is preferred.
