Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be licensed to practice law in the New York State and possess a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience. Must be a driven, self-starter with excellent analytical and writing skills. Must have strong time management skills and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, work their case load effectively, and have strong attention to client guidelines and detail with their work product. Experience in medical malpractice defense and/or construction law is preferred.
