Paralegal- Civil Litigation Duties: Summarizing and analyzing medical records and discovery requests; drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery; communicating with clients; identifying and coordinating with experts; and overall case management of litigation files. The candidate with Bachelor's degree is required. Must have civil litigation experience (motor vehicle accidents/ personal injury experience is preferred), be detail oriented, have a professional demeanor and be able to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment. Must also have exceptional proofreading skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prefer 2+ years of North Carolina litigation experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
