Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: To assist attorney in preparation for court hearings; Maintain the attorney's calendar, including deadlines, reminders and tasks; First point of contact/representative for clients; Assist other support staff as needed; Administrative functions such as managing bookkeeping and monthly billing; Assist attorney in drafting and preparing trusts, wills, and power of attorney documents; Should have strong communication and organizational skills. Should have 2 years of experience as a legal secretary/paralegal preferred, but not required. Must have have effective time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented, but also will have to be able to work with a wide range of clients and their various needs.
