Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant The candidate will be calendaring state and federal court deadlines. Will be drafting and sending out notices and other pleadings. Drafting basic form letters to clients and opposing counsel. Editing and finalizing litigation documents. General administrative duties, such as answering phones, coordinating with clients and opposing counsel, and managing attorneys schedule. Must be High School and College Graduate. Must have experience in a Law Office setting. Should have proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Pro. Knowledge of state and federal court filing requirements (including e-filing) is required. Should have familiarity with calendaring (i.e. court rules, dates, procedures). Should have strong verbal and communication skills, must be comfortable and confident on the phone. Must have substantial litigation experience.
