Associate Attorney The candidate will work for the team that provides expert legal assistance in the areas of Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Civil Service Disability Pensions, and Personal Injury. Will handle Social Security Disability Hearings and practice. Will handle hearing that consists of opening and closing arguments, direct and cross examination of witnesses, and a thorough familiarity with the record of each case. 1 year experience is essential. Strong research and analytical skills are required. Admitted Attorneys Preferred. Bar Exam passed will be considered. Spanish Bilingual Preferred.
