Paralegal - Medical Malpractice Litigation Team The candidate will manage cases from beginning to end. Will handle large volumes of documents with great attention to detail. Schedule depositions and/or other meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, opposing counsel, court reports, etc. May prepare draft discovery documents. Assist attorney in any administrative duties, including travel arrangements and other needs. An experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal is essential. Must have knowledge of state and federal court procedures, as well as all aspects of litigation relating to case preparation, management, and execution. Must have robust medical knowledge. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. 3+ of Medical Malpractice experience is required. Knowledgeable in trial preparation is essential. Knowledge of document filing with various courts and be comfortable with e-Filing is essential. Should be Computer Savvy
