Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years experience in handling workers compensation claims. Must be accurate and productive, able to meet all established deadlines, possess a willingness to work as a team player, and have very strong computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.). should have experience with Needles is a plus. Will preparation of all types of BWC forms and documents, process medical claims, answer client calls, work with medical providers, filing, maintain attorney schedules, and compose correspondence and other administrative functions. Must have excellent written and verbal communications and organizational skills.
