Immigration Attorney The candidate will interview clients. Will collect and organize appropriate and relevant evidence in support of client application. Prepare appropriate forms in a thorough manner. Research immigration law, statutory and case law as required. Prepare clients for and provide representation at USCIS interviews as required. Maintain accurate and orderly records and files. Maintain and protect client confidentiality. Create reports as required. Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia, South Carolina or North Carolina with 1+ year of experience in family-based immigration law to provide direct legal services to clients seeking family-based petitions, consular processing, residency, temporary protected status and other related immigration applications. Will also assist immigrants facing removal proceedings at Immigration Courts.
