Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will work closely with Partners whose practice focuses on all aspects of employment litigation, including representing clients in discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and employment tort cases. Will also provide clients with employment counseling, including providing guidance on compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment laws. Will drafting pleadings, motions and discovery requests; conducting internal investigations, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing documents, and issuing reports; and conducting research. candidate must have 2 4 years of labor & employment experience. Should have excellent writing skills. Should have excellent research skills. Should have strong verbal communication. Should have advocacy and organizational skills. Must have ability to work independently and as a team, and demonstrated ability to build a relationship network. Must have new Jersey bar admission.
