Corporate Immigration Attorney The candidate will be managing company immigration programs and advising on any employment-based immigration issues that arise through the full lifecycle of on-boarding foreign national employees. Setting legal strategy and reviewing both non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, PERM, I-140s, EB-1C, and various other corporate immigration case types. Maintaining a high-touch level of communication with all clients and their employees. Responding to USCIS issued Requests for Evidence by guiding clients through the preparation of documentary evidence and drafting legal briefs to address concerns raised. Preparing and guiding clients through Consular processing at consular posts throughout the world. Guiding clients in building out their immigration policies and ensuring legal compliance. Managing corporate clients by acting as their primary legal advisor and point of contact for all immigration related questions. Must have Juris Doctor degree or LLM degree plus a US State Bar admission. Must have 3 years of experience in business/corporate immigration.
