Legal Secretary The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience. Job Responsibilities include: Heavy transcription. Schedule Depositions, Med-Legal Evaluations. Maintaining Attorney's calendar.E-file court documents. Maintaining files in an orderly manner. Input Attorney billing. Regular secretarial duties. Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, team-player, and detail-orientated. Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute required. Polished and professional manner and appearance and an excellent attendance record. Ability to multi-task, prior office experience. Some knowledge of legal terminology.
