Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist senior lawyers and local counsel with litigation all over the country. Provide compelling representation of the clients at court hearings. Nuanced communications and relations with opposing counsel. Use the awesome technology to improve work flows. Draft pleadings motions, briefs, memos, discovery and discovery responses in accordance with firm standards and practices. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm. B average or above in law school is required. License to Practice Law in Tennessee is required.
