Associate Attorney (General Liability Defense) Candidate will have the opportunity to take depositions, attend hearings and sit second at trial. Must have 3+ years of defense experience working primarily on general liability claims (construction defect, premises liability, pharm. clams, toxic tort matters). Motion drafting and research experience a must. Some deposition taking experience is ideal.
