IDS Paralegal The candidate prepares and files Information Disclosure Statements and performs other IDS/Patent Prosecution related tasks and projects. Should preferably have 1+ year(s) of IDS experience. Must have Bachelor's Degree. Should have comprehensive knowledge of preparation and filing of information disclosure statements. Must have comprehensive working knowledge of most current USPTO rules and procedures. Should have extensive knowledge of preparation and filing of information disclosure statements. Must have Knowledge of effective proofreading technique. Must have comprehensive knowledge of IPDAS and cpi. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
