Personal Injury Attorney / Associate Attorney The candidate's task includes keeping up with the clients, managing the cases, discussing and negotiating the settlement, reviewing and drafting petitions, attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and everything else that is involved with litigation including trial. There may be times you will be needed to help fellow co workers on personal injury related task. Office attire is business / business casual. Paid is determined by experience. Experience in personal injury is preferred.
