Immigration Paralegal The candidate should preferably have an Associate degree. Should preferably have 1 year of Paralegal and MS Office experience. Must be familiar and be able to complete a number of immigration forms relating to family-based petitions (I-130s), employment-based (I-140s and I-129s), and humanitarian forms of relief including asylum, cancellation of removal, U visas, TPS, and DACA. Must have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, understand customer service, and be a team player.
