Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have: A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program and 3 years of experience. Requires experience in conducting legal research, filing complaints, drafting motions and other documents, managing discovery. Trial preparation experience is also a significant plus. Will be experienced paralegal in civil litigation with emphasis on personal injury litigation for their headquarters office located in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be a team player. Must also have a good understanding of the litigation and discovery process, familiar with medical and insurance terminology and methods, and have an experience in reviewing, organizing, and evaluating large volumes of documents and medical records.
