Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in Family Law, draft legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions including, but not limited to, Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Paternity. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients with issues relating to Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Paternity. Advise clients in all areas of Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Paternity. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Attend hearings, mediations and trials. Ability to handle full case load efficiently/ Must currently be licensed to practice in Utah. Should have 2-3 years experience in Utah Family Law - those with no Family Law Experience should not apply and will not be considered. Familiarity with various legal documents is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook & Windows.
