Part-Time Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be drafting Complaints, the above-mentioned discovery work, assisting attorneys in litigation matters, legal research, as well as other day-to-day management duties and requirements of the law firm. Should be professional, flexible, committed, proactive and reliable. Proficiency of Microsoft Office is a must. Must have prior experience handling personal injury matters, interrogatories and other discovery matters. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills as well as acute attention to detail. Experience responding to and sending out Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents is a must, along with experience handling other discovery issues.
