Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will assist in legal matters for a diverse litigation practice, including cases ranging from oil and gas to business contracts to tort litigation. Prepare drafts for all phases of motion practice, discovery and appellate work. Make various court appearances. Take and defend depositions. Assist with trial preparation. Meet with potential clients to consult on their potential legal matter and share why Ball Morse Lowe is the best choice for their legal representation. Ongoing client communication and management. Assist business transactional practice group as needed. Should have 1-3 years of litigation experience. Must have experience with tracking billable time. Should have ability to handle assigned caseload and interact well with clients. Must have Computer literacy. Active member of the Oklahoma State Bar preferred.
