Attorney for Personal Injury Law Firm The candidate will take and defend depositions, motion work, mediations, arbitrations, and Trial. Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses. Review of Demand and Mediation Briefs for records and negotiate settlements. Represent clients at case management conferences, mandatory settlement conferences, FSCs and all other court appearances. Represent clients in jury trials and arbitrations. 3+years of Civil Litigation Experience Preferred. Excellent communication, team work with staff, attention to detail, and research and writing skills are required. Experience in drafting various forms of motions and pleadings.Must control and work up cases are required.
