Paralegal Specialist The candidate will be drafting various documents such as office action letters, transmittal letters, reporting letters, responses, instructions letters for foreign associates. Will be filing domestic and foreign patent applications with the respective patent offices. Researching the chain of title, patent prosecution history, and patent family relationships. Will be serving as a front-line liaison between clients, inventors, outside counsels, and foreign associates. Should have Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate. Must have 10 years experience as a Patent Prosecution Paralegal. Private company experience is required. Strong due diligence research skills are necessary. Experience with filing US, PCT, and international applications is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook re an asset. Large firm experience is a plus.
