Paralegal-Small Personal Injury Practice The candidate will be responsible for Pre-suit sign up of new cases, application of PIP benefits, medical and PIP document processing. Scheduling of all pre-suit matters including IMEs and client appointments. Drafting, filing, serving first third and other complaints. Drafting and responding to discovery. Scheduling and notifying clients and parties of depositions. Ordering billing, medical and other records. Processing a PIP tally of damages: medical, household service, attendant care and wage loss.. Draft or preparation of discovery motions or response. Draft and file WItness lists. Keep track of all calendar and E notifications. Draft Case evaluations. Draft and prepare facilitation summaries.. Prepare files for trial and organize docket to be prepared for such outcome. The candidate should have strong growth potential desires energetic and Team Player and commitment to the big picture (integrity, strong legal representation, obtaining the best results for the clients). Assist in the management of a large firm docket in the area of Civil Law, Auto No Fault, General Personal Injury, Probate and other areas. Must possess strong computer skills, must be experienced in case management systems, paper-less file systems and other office and file management processes.
