Paralegal - Elder Law and Adult Medicaid Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for leading assigned clients through the planning process under the direction of the Planning Team Leader. Conduct research to support applications for Adult Medicaid. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of necessary legal documents. Draft estate planning documents. Conduct signing meetings for estate planning clients. Monitor and ensure compliance with state regulations. Record and store client information. Communicate effectively with clients and other team members. Must have ability to prioritize and multitask. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have organized, deadline and detail-oriented. Should have knowledge of accounts. Should be reliable. Must be detail oriented/Analytical/Precise/Accurate. Should process Oriented/Methodical. Should be friendly. Should be trustworthy/ethical. Must be completes/prioritizes tasks. Should be team player. Should be teachable. Must be practical. Should be diplomatic. Must be patient.
