Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will provide legal representation to Fortune 500 clients before courts in all aspects of litigation. Will manage own docket and handle cases from beginning to end, which will include preparing pleadings, arguing motions, taking depositions, attending mediations, and trying cases. Should preferably have 5+ years of legal experience including 2+ years of personal-injury defense litigation. Trial experience and federal-court practice experience is preferred. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to manage support staff, strong analytical skills, and be attentive to detail.
