Criminal Defense Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court and/or before government agencies. Argue motions and other court hearings. Conduct trials and draft legal pleadings on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements and meet with prospective clients for legal consultations. Conduct legal research and participate in client intake. Some criminal law experience preferred. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have westlaw proficient. Spanish speaking is a plus.
