Experienced Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will do preparation of a wide range of legal documents (pleadings, BPs, discovery, motions, oppositions, etc. Review case files to ensure that all necessary information is complete and accurate. Communicating with clients. Record and store client information in our case management system. Assist in the preparation of case files for settlement and trial. Should have 5+ years experience as a paralegal for a personal injury litigation firm. Should have the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Deadline and detail-oriented are needed. Spanish fluency is a plus. Experience working on construction accident cases (NY Labor Law Sections 240 and 241) is a plus.
