Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate must be able to support all aspects of civil litigation and have knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures, local court rules, and experience with electronic filing and service. Must have knowledge of state and federal rules, court rules and procedures, and calendaring. Must have strong computer skills and experience using systems such as MS Office, Compulaw, e-filing and document management systems, preferably NetDocs. Must possess the ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Notary a plus. Should have 5+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary.
