Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1 year of experience, to join high-volume subrogation practice. Primary responsibilities include the following: draft pleadings, motions, and other memoranda; take and defend depositions; propound and respond to written discovery; make court appearances (to include mediations, mandatory settlement and case management conferences, and trials); other duties as assigned. Civil litigation experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude are a must. Must have strong knowledge of current procedural and substantive law, as well as federal and state rules. Should have excellent time management skills with the ability to shift gears quickly when needed Must have experience with case management software (Time Matters preferred). should have Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school.
