Associate Attorney The candidate will handle a variety of personal injury litigation issues in state and federal courts. Should have 2+years of experience with Insurance coverage (first party property and /or third party liability coverage). Will have the ability to work proactively, independently and demonstrate strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills and an eagerness to learn. Insurance coverage experience required. Must have demonstrated ability to succeed in a busy environment while supporting the practice area. Computer proficiency including MS Office including Excel, Outlook and proficient skills navigating the Internet. Top 1/3 in law school class. Should have history of academic success. Judicial clerkship preferred. Must have Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
