Legal Secretary Responsibilities: Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations. Obtain and review court dockets. Prepare and send packages to court. Organize and process mail. E-file documents with courts. Recording of records with clerk. Assist with special projects. Any other responsibilities assigned by the attorney and/or managing paralegal. Qualifications: Previous experience working at a law firm is required. Mortgage foreclosure litigation experience is a big plus. Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced environment. Ability to comply with the firm policies, standard operating procedures, and corporate client directives. May frequently be assigned to changing priorities.
