Seeking Legal Secretary with 2+ years' experience in Trusts, Estates, and Probate. The candidate with Bachelor's degree is a plus. Must have: Excellent attention to details and able to write without spelling or grammatical errors; Organized and an excellent multi-tasker; Punctual; Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally over the phone, in-person, and in writing; Ability to exercise sound professional judgment; Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe; Ability to answer multi-line phone system and coordinate communications with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members; Ability to provide professional and pleasant assistance to firm clients; Tab, index, scan, and maintain files and documents according to firm policies and procedures; Ability to handle a wide range of tasks related to administrative and secretarial assignments; Ability to assist with coordinating executive, firm, and/or client lunches and/or marketing events; and A team player and a self-starter; have a great attitude; and be enthusiastic to learn and grow with a dynamic law firm.
