Business/Civil Litigation/ Estate Planning Attorney The candidate will draft transactional documentation, such as purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements. Networking and community involvement to grow the personal practice and develop a clientele. Draft pleadings and other litigation documents. Research laws, legal opinions, and regulations relevant to the needs of the client. Assist senior attorneys in drafting legal documents. Assist clients in drafting documents related to their estate. Should have 2+ years of experience in business, litigation, and estate planning. Must be licensed, or able to be licensed soon, in Michigan. Demonstrated academic excellence. Communication skills are essential. Should be detail-oriented. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft office.
